Happy Birthday to Kim Kardashian! The reality diva turned 32 on Sunday (October 21) and she's chosen to celebrate in Italy with her man, Kanye West.

Keeping her 16 million Twitter followers informed, the E! reality royalty tweeted, "Italy is so beautiful! Best birthday ever!!! I got whisked away to Rome for a birthday week surprise!”

Bringing along his camera, the "Monster" hitmaker took his white hot girlfriend for sunset walk after having dinner at The Grand Canal Restaurant.

The romantic meal was followed by a mini shopping spree, with West at one point buying some flowers for the birthday girl.

Meanwhile, rumors are swirling that Yeezy might take this romantic getaway opportunity to pop the question to his gal.

Ryan Seacrest, who serves as an executive producer on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" hinted on his radio show that "we could definitely see an update on this story on Monday."
