Guy gets arrested for allegedly telling kids that Santa isn't real

A man in canada was arrested at the Kingston annual Santa Clause Parade for reportedly telling children that santa isn't real. Police say that the 24-year old man had his hair gelled in the shape of the ""devil horns" was drunk and yelling at the children. he was charged with public intoxication, disturbing the peace,and breach of probation. 

He was granted bail the following day in exchange for vowing to abstain from alcohol and murdering innocence.
