Real-life anime girl Anastasiya Shpagina from the Ukraine is another version of the real-life Barbie, Valeria Lukyanova. In fact, they're best friends. The main difference is Anastasiya aims to mimic a Japanese cartoon character. The Daily Mail reported Sunday that this latest Ukrainian version of a glassy-eyed, pale skin, doll-like human version is only 85 pounds at five-feet-two-inches tall.

Anastasiya Shpagina spends up to 30 minutes a day on each eye doing makeup. She has adopted the name of Fukkacumi in the country Japan -- where animated characters are idolized.

The real-life anime girl doesn't have any plastic surgery to achieve her look, but she's reportedly planning to undergo surgery to further replicate a Japanese-inspired doll appearance.


Anastasiya's "Flower Fairy" video of her makeup tutorial is gaining more views as she illustrates her cosmetic techniques to appear as a striking animated character.

Several months ago real-life Barbie, Valeria Lukyanova, made headlines with her unbelievable resemblance to the Mattel doll. She and the real-life anime girl look like sisters with identical features with long hair, large eyes, and unrealistic body measurements.

The time and effort it must take for such involved work has to look so superficial has to be demanding. Young girls who look up to these types of figures in society are chasing an unhealthy goal. Will there be other women promoting exotic extremes to look as unnatural as possible?
